Yeah, this is my version of what happened to poor Sanji during his time with the okamas.
I always wondered why he was still allowed to smoke (and also why those pure maidens had enough cigarettes for him in those two years... so this is the answer!)

And poor Zoro had to pay the prize... never mess with the addiction. But remember kids, don't smoke.

(Well I do too, so this would be slightly also my reaction ^^")
